• Treatment by appointment only.
• 24 hours notice is required for changed or cancelled appointments.
• This will avoid a 50% late cancellation fee, or full charge for non-arrival.
• Late arrival will result in the duration of your treatment being adjusted accordingly.
• Payment is required before, or immediately following treatment by cash or internet banking.
• Gift vouchers must be paid for prior to collection.
